What is SUP?
Stand-Up Paddleboarding, or commonly referred to as “SUP” is the fastest growing water sport in the world. It combines various facets of surfing and kayaking into to one unique sport; making it a very accessible hobby for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Furthermore, it is a sport that can be enjoyed solo, as a couple or even with family and pets! Upon progression; avid paddleboarders can branch out to different SUP disciplines such as racing, exploration, yoga or even for fishing trips!

PACKAGE SUP BEGINNER LESSON

Who is it for
If you want to try the fastest growing sport around, an intro lesson is right for you. This will take you through the basics of necessary equipment, including board selection/size and instruction on balance, turning, safety and overall success guaranteed for your first go.
SUP Lesson duration:
1hr with the instructor and the equipment will use for 2hrs in total.
The Group can be up to five people for 1 instructor.
SUP KIDS lesson
As of 6 years old, kids can come and share a new experience! The main focus is having a lot of fun on the water and building confidence.
Floatation vests provided if necessary.
Why not do something different and have a SUP kids birthday party! This is a really good activity for children and at the same time improving their balance, coordination and learning something new, healthy and being outdoors.
Whichever class you choose, SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) is the ultimate full body workout.
The benefits of SUP are improving the strengthening core, balance and leg muscles, improving flexibility, strength, and coordination.
During all our classes, we will teach you to stand up on the board, the principles of the sport, getting the balance right, stabilizing the board, how to turn, how to get more speed and advanced steps during specific classes such as turning faster, catching a wave, surfing or just paddle on a flat water).
We provide all the equipment you need during your lesson.
We recommend that you bring: sun glasses, sunscreen, a water bottle.
