Hua Hin’s tourism has matured over time. There is plenty to do with new activities being created every year.
The current selection includes world class golf courses, driving ranges, the Royal Palace, horseriding, waterpark and wakeboarding, a vineyard, waterfalls, the floating market, elephant village, paramotor, mountain biking, and nightlife.
Hua Hin was our first kitesurf school location and remains our Head Quarters in Thailand. The main kiteboarding season is from October through to May. We get very consistent side shore winds. Hua Hin is a 3 hr drive south from Bangkok. The cooling sea breeze, charming fishing port, history and nightlife make for an enjoyable stay. Hua Hin is also family friendly has a great range of hotels and guesthouses to suit all budgets. Expect a great selection of restaurants and shopping centres.
Hi my name is Eran and I run the shop in Hua Hin. I started kiteboarding in 2002 and first visited Thailand in 2003. I helped establish KBA’s first kitesurf center in Hua Hin.
I am Jerry manager of shop on soi 83. Our instructors come back every season, they are very experience in teaching plus they know our spot very well.
Hua Hin has a huge number of accommodation options. You will usually be able to simply turn up and find a place to stay however Christmas and New Year periods are usually fully booked. The only other exception in the year is the Songkran Festival which is 1 week around April 13th.
