Koh Samui Information
Ko Samui, the second largest Thai island, is located in the Gulf of Thailand.
It is known for its palm-fringed beaches, coconut groves and dense mountain rainforest, as well as luxury resorts and posh spas.
The famous 12-meter-high golden Buddha statue at Wat Phra Yai temple is located on a tiny island connected to Ko Samui by a causeway.
What to do here ?
In Samui there are several Buddhist temples, a fishing village, a famous shopping mall and the so called 'Grandfather & Grandmother Rocks.
